Mike,

I can look into this, it may take a few days to get an external lab set up. In
the meantime, I can capture a quick video later today, and send that to you if
you think it would be beneficial. Thanks for the quick response!!

Subject: Re: [Mozilla Enterprise] Menu Button doesn't work in an Citrix ICA
session after reconnecting to a disconnected session

Would it be possible to get access to a Citrix test instance to take a look at
this?

I've got our team ready to take a look.

Hello,

I’m working with a customer who is deploying Firefox ESR 60.5 as a published
application in Citrix Xenapp. They have noticed (and we have reproduced) that
after disconnecting, the menu button and menu (ALT) options on the menu toolbar
do not work. You click, and the highlight changes on the button, but the menus
never appear.

After further investigation, I determined via our WindowHistory tool (similar
to Spy++) that the menu window is actually being drawn 1px wide at 0,0,0,0 on
the screen (and is therefore practically invisible). I created a test HTML page
to report screen size using Javascript and after reconnect it also shows the
screen being 0x0.

This doesn’t occur in an RDP session, so it seems to be some unforeseen
interaction between our Citrix display drivers and Firefox, but this behavior
(both the menu and js screen size reporting) does not occur in other browsers
that I have noticed.

Can you provide insight on how Firefox is determining screen size, or perhaps a
workaround for the menu button that doesn’t rely on this calculation? Thanks!
