We have a Linux workstation environment where the workstation runs multiple
applications, and each application is displayed on a different virtual desktop.
Some of these applications are web based applications and are accessed via
Firefox.

Each browser application :
- runs under a different UID and home directory
- on a different virtual desktop
- with different CCK2 configurations.

Currently we have are just replicating the firefox directory structure and
installing the different CCK2 configurations in each directory:
- /usr/lib64/firefox/cck2
- /usr/lib64/firefox-app1/cck2
- /usr/lib64/firefox-app2/cck2

Is there a better way to do this so I don't have to clone the Firefox directory
structure multiple times?
Is it possible to set this up where CCK2 is part of the users environment
rather than installed in the Firefox directory?
