In my testing, changing the URL worked (and picked up the other changes). You can't just change the folder name though (because we wouldn't know which folder to change because we wouldn't have the previous name).
Would folks prefer something like a Managed Bookmarks folder like Chrome? We tried to make the system more flexible so you could move Bookmarks around.
