We do not plan to automatically upgrade 32-bit ESR users to 64-bit.
While 64-bit brings new security and stability improvements, we felt
enterprise users would want to test and deploy 64-bit Firefox on their
own schedule. There may be incompatibilities with enterprise
applications we haven't tested.
