Ok, we had that issue in our environment with ie and we had to uncheck “Display 
intranet sites in Compatibility View” setting in Compatibility View Settings. I 
don’t seem to find that option in Firefox to see if that would fix the issue.

This particular Mac is not loading any internal sites, all websites are

purely external.
