one reason some people that fail to unsubscribe from the list might be that the instructions at the bottom of each email do not describe the complete procedure: > _______________________________________________ > Enterprise mailing list > [email protected] > https://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/enterprise > > To unsubscribe from this list, please visit > https://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/enterprise or send an email to > [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe" in addition to visiting that listinfo page, you have to:
- enter the subscribed email address into the form field for unsubscribing (find out with which email address you are actually subscribed and enter that one into the correct(!) field) - wait for an email with another link (which might end up in a different folder than you might expect) - click on that second link (no, you are still not unsubscribed at this point!) - on that page again confirm that you really want to unsubscribe by pressing the unsubscribe button - wait for the confirmation mail that you finally have been unsubscribed. basically it is the same procedure as you were following to subscribe. Maybe it is possible to add this procedure to some general Mozilla FAQ page and add a link to that entry in the email footer
