These errors are all related to "strict mode" I've fixed these, although some things are still not working in Firefox 57, primarily because of UI changes.
My plan was to fix most of these in time for Firefox 59, not Firefox 57 (since most of the folks that use CCK2 are on the ESR). I'll see how much I can get working.
