Your best bet seems to be to make use of the WebRTC version of the Cisco Webex application, described here: https://help.webex.com/docs/DOC-2486
Apparently, this requires a support ticket to have enabled but should give you plugin-free access to Webex meetings in 52 ESR (as well as in later versions of Firefox where the ability to run plugins will be removed entirely).
