I have seen similar issues with other Linux apps with menus with vnc in the past - but just found other ways of doing what I needed, so never worried about it. So probably not a Firefox issue as such? Do you need to use Classic Theme Restorer/Classic Toolbar Buttons? i.e. can you do what you need without these extensions? I believe these extensions will no longer work with future releases of Firefox anyway?
