My setup is Windows 10 Pro 64-bit running Firefox 32-bit ESR v52.0. Michael Gordon suggested that I delete any old Firefox shortcuts and only use the one from the Start Menu. That worked.
I compared the properties of both shortcuts and the only difference I could see was that the ESR shortcut had more users and groups under Security and that made the difference. --------------------------- Bob Hartung, Dir of I.T. When you attempt to launch a new Firefox window by opposite mouse-clicking on an existing Firefox taskbar icon and selecting Firefox from the resulting menu nothing happens. With standard Firefox, that would launch a new Firefox window. You can launch one by selecting File - New Window or entering <CTL>N but I've got users who want the standard behavior back. Any suggestions? --------------------------- Bob Hartung, Dir of I.T.
