Short answer is no.
It's relatively easy to repackage as msi though if you have tools to do
that. Seems to me that reg settings are pretty much always same (apart
from couple of version strings).
Just add config using CCK2 and repackage.
It's actually so easy to make msi from it that it bugs me why they even
try doing anything else for windows machines. It can't be easier using
any other installer except the fact that they have existing scripts to
do that. Should not be hard to move to msi from existing .exe installer
if someone there would just use couple of weeks to learn basic msi stuff
like how to make proper upgrades and patching.
