    README: drop the Twitter and Snapcraft badges
    
    The Twitter account has not been posted to in years and the badge now renders
    a follower count for an account nobody reads. The Snapcraft badge reports the
    store listing's build state, which says nothing about this tree.
    
    Only the badges: snap/ still holds the packaging.
