networkmanager - drop the parts of the model nothing uses
The neutral model went in with API and fields that never acquired a
caller: enm_net_manager_get, enm_net_backend_name_get and the two
to_str helpers, plus backend_data, which was never read or written, and
offline_mode, which the connman backend filled in for nobody.
Better gone than left looking like they are waiting for something.
