From your email headers I determine that you're using Thunderbird 78.
Thunderbird 78 contains built-in OpenPGP support -- Enigmail is only
used to migrate your settings.

In other words, I'm sorry, but this has nothing to do with Enigmail
anymore. My best guess is that MDC-protection was not enabled.
