Right-click on your mailbox in the far-left pane. (Not the folder, the actual email account itself.) Click "Settings". Click "OpenPGP Security".
You'll see a tab widget in the center of the screen with three tabs: "Message", "Composition", "Autocrypt". Click "Autocrypt".
