I'm pleased to announce the 2nd beta version of Enigmail 2.1 for
Thunderbird 68.

Due to several deep changes in Thunderbird, Enigmail 2.1 only works with
Thunderbird 68, and Enigmail 2.0.* only with Thunderbird 60.*.

Major Changes since version 2.0
-------------------------------
* A new simplified setup wizard will first try to find out if you
already used encrypted emails before, and then proceed in the most
  suitable way.
* On Windows and macOS, there is an automatic check for updates of
  GnuPG.
* Interaction with keyservers has been rewritten from scratch,
using Thunderbird-internal functions to access the keyservers.
* Autocrypt: implemented key-gossip and updates to known keys
* Key creation defaults to ECC (for GnuPG 2.1 or newer)
* keys.openpgp.org is the new default keyserver.
* Huge keys (> 1 MB) will be imported without 3rd party signatures
if GnuPG < 2.2.17 is used.
