I purposely did not. It should be up to Ubuntu desktop team to email d-d-l and they already mentioned they'd contact maintainers. For engagement: 1) They're planning to reach out to their community to discuss what they'd like to see; this is quite nice 2) they'll be switching as of 17.10 already To be clear: I shared my minutes/notes, not theirs.
