Yes, the report usually is about the activity beetween GUADEC and GUADEC. It
means meanly the activities related to releases 3.14 and 3.16 in this case. So
I think that Allan suggestion is the best way to convey this idea with "GNOME
Annual Report 2014-15" in the title
