To be clear, this is in regards to Bootingman's Taiwanese friend, correct? In general, we're quite liberal with access if you are active on the engagement list. So I would encourage all of you to participate and attend the meetings! I know from the questions that was sent to the candidates that there was definitely a concern about participation in Asia from the rest of GNOME. From what Kat tells me there is definitely an untapped resource. :-) That said, if Emily trusts you then I'm more than happy to give you access, Bootingman and save the extra work.
