As you may recall, draft-ietf-emu-bootstrapped-tls completed its WGLC
successfully. One last change will be made to the document to use RFC 8773bis
as a normative reference rather than using a downref to RFC 8773
(Experimental). The TLS WG has submitted 8773bis for publication, so it
probably won't be all that long before that change to bootstrapped-tls can be
made.
In preparing the shepherd write-up for bootstrapped-tls, we're making
this call for IPR disclosures that pertain to the document. If you are aware of
anything relevant, please submit a disclosure and/or notify the mailing list.
