Hey all - After EMU we were discussing provisioning options in the hallway and I mentioned the Windows Wi-Fi profile which can be invoked from the web. Here is the link to the Microsoft docs: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/nativewifi/prov-wifi-profile-via-website
