For the record, I think that charter statement is fine. The sole change I would suggest is s/user and/user, and/ . It’s an awfully long, uninterrupted sentence otherwise. We're planning on doing an adoption call for EAP-PPT, but since this will probably require a charter update we would like to run a call on an item for the charter at the same time.  Here is a charter item that covers the concept of EAP-PPT.
