I would appreciate some reviews from the WG, and consensus that I haven't broken anything. I'll post separately about the final open questions, and see if we can get consensus on that, too. Once that's finished, the draft updates should be fairly quick. If we can get reviewers and feedback, I should be able to get the final draft before the cutoff for IETF 122.
