This version contains the updates and text changes which were discussed earlier. There changes clarify issues which were left unspecified in earlier revisions of the document.
The main unknown at this time is some open questions on calculation of the final MSK and EMSK. FreeRADIUS does it one way, recent commits from hostap do it another: https://w1.fi/cgit/hostap/commit/?id=795075444fe847e11a04de541c95613335aad7a5 I would ask that implementors verify interoperability.
