We've pushed changes into hostap, and Jouni has also done some work. hostap interoperates with everything now. We're working on FreeRADIUS. Our internal code interoperates As an Open Source project, our official releases are open. Which means sometime people take an interim release, ship it, and wonder why it doesn't work. We're not going to make it public until we have closure. But we can share it privately for interoperability tests. We've been mostly working with Microsoft and Jouni, but we're open to others. So for this document, the text does (or will) represent interoperable implementations.
