Hello,

The following draft has been updated and may be of interest to
some people in this Working Group.

It addresses comments received on the -01 version. It also includes
a way for the peer and server to agree on password pre-processing if
the server does not have access to the plaintext password.

Please have a look. Comments are welcome.

  regards,

  Dan.
