I think the best and cheapest for alu would be the 91% isopropol in a mister, running pretty close to dry. If there's runoff, turn the mister a little leaner. Since some of us are pretty good with electronics, aim an ir thermometer at the bottom of the mill, and use its output to regulate the mist to hold it below 70F. That should go easy on the 91% and make it an affordable sub for oil or water while leaving it pretty dry at the same time.
