His trajectory planner is certainly in Machinekit, and I BELIEVE it has also been put into the latest LinuxCNC distros. I am not an expert in this area of the code, but I THINK this is where it is :
src/emc/tp/blendmath.c
and
spherical_arc.c

tp.c also includes the include files for the above, so these functions must be part of the trajectory planner.
