Greetings all;
While there are a few, most are way too big for my OXA qc toolholders,
and none of them give me the opportunity to hold the insert in a headon
manner while the toolholder is canted CCW a few degrees so that I don't
have to remove half of the larger pully to gain access to the full width
of the smaller pulley.
Any clues as to who might be making such a beast?
In ascii art it needs to be shaped like this when viewed from above.

This is a 5/16" shank tool, and will not need a huge counterbore in the
larger pulleys side to gain access to grooving the smaller pulley. I'd
guess a shallow relief that I need could probably be made by this tool,
perhaps 3/64th inch deep.
Ideas?
I'm still out of business with my back & weakened left leg, and have a
thursday appointment with a specialist. Pain level on a scale of 1-10
is about 13. And thats with 2 naproxin sodium and a flexerol about
every 4 or 5 hours. Fun its not.
Cheers, Gene Heskett
