2 things.  You need to run rt_preempt and build linuxcnc using uspace.  
You can get the rt_preempt kernel from the debian repository.

I think it is 3.2.0-4-rt-686-pae

the second issue is that linux isn't seeing your nic.

my first try would be to install the rt_preempt kernel and see if it 
loads your nic.
