I would not expect this if done by hand, but with consistant trapezoidal moves that reach velocities above the encoder digital filter max frequency this might be possible (but it would cause a following error if the ferrors are set up tight and in any case sudden bad servo behavior as the encoder count would stick) Is he running master?
