A 10-pack of #68 pcb drills (carbide, 1/8 shank, optional depth rings) is $22.55 at www.thinktink.com The 1/8 shank is nice because you can use an end mill holder or a collet. The depth rings make the stickout somewhat repeatable across tool changes.
