kirk this machine is large heavy post war and will eat any bridgeport in its way I did a thorough evaluation before purchase with all respect im looking for advice not criticism I can assure you this machine is up to the task at hand the dovetails are 2 inches tall by 18 wide solid tool steel and welded construction the machine is 3600 pounds . this is the machine as original http://www.morganautomationllc.com/companyequipment.htm it has the proper matson mill head on it no b.s. jury rigging your not in the way of my fun and its not a hobby this machine is solid just needs brought up to par . with ballscrews ill have less than 2000 in it so i cant say that ive done bad 9x42 table 18 in y 36 in x and 26 in z is a pretty impressive machine for the money. and very tight ways. -- jeremy youngs
