Well, it is expensive, and for most systems it is now somewhat 
old-school and unnecessary!
The Atom systems as VASTLY lower power than earlier brute-force CPUs, 
and can run
fine in a small sealed box with no active cooling at all.  Their 
performance is quite good,
too!
