I also have machines running EMC2.
All three machines run every day. Soon to be four when the mechanical issues
are resolved.
The only issue I hear is about the ease of starting/restarting in the middle
of a program. All the operators seem to be able to handle the
starting/restarting but none seem to feel comfortable with it. Operator
confidence is a MAJOR factor in operator comfort.
I have hardware issues from time to time. Don't we all.
I hear ONLY complements about the EMC2 motion.
I also had a visit from a manufacturer. I was offered the option to purchase
a machine without a control so I could put EMC2 on it.
I am available for telephone visit.
The shop is always open for a personal visit.
I am in Wichta, Kansas.
