I am pretty short on most skills, but I try to break a task down into smaller bits, until it seems like something I can handle. I then I try to focus on a single task, and if I don't make any head way, I try to break the task into a smaller set. Since I find most everything I see interesting, it is hard to keep focused. > I would like to follow your design process, and to eventually try making > the electronics by myself. Feel free to be active in whatever goes on with this project, I may be gone tomorrow and if there is any value in it, it would be nice to have others carry it forward. Frankly, it would be nice to have a situation where I just need to get out of the way. > Are you planning to maintain the discussion in this forum, or > elsewhere?. I haven't given it much thought. I hope the powers that be will let me know when I become a burden. I think the wiki page should carry most of the load, which means that I or "we" will need to keep the wiki page fresh and concise. -- Kirk Wallace http://www.wallacecompany.com/machine_shop/ http://www.wallacecompany.com/E45/index.html California, USA ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Special Offer-- Download ArcSight Logger for FREE (a $49 USD value)!
