Hey, that sounds a bit easier than making Oldham couplings.
About how many turns of helix did you use?

Somewhat higher resolution would help anyone taking a keen interest in
details. If the coupling is visible from some angle, there's an
appreciative audience of at least one for an image of it. ;-)
