Very funny! A degree does not, unfortunately, imply common sense. I think the UV catalyzed foam is a good idea. However, the faster it cures the more localized the heat of reaction will be. >From my viewpoint the other reasonable system is to mix the catalyst with the substrate in the nozzle and then either use replaceable nozzles or figure out how to clean the nozzle at the end of the run.
