The touchy interface is so new that it's not in the most recent stable 
release (2.3.5).

If you want to use touchy you'll have to upgrade to an experimental 
pre-release of 2.4.0.   2.4.0 is not ready for release yet, but we've 
been making pre-releases, and I think at least some people are using it 
successfully.  Upgrading from 2.3 to 2.4 means you'd probably have to 
make some changes to your configuration.
