When I get into the bios, I had to go through and check where parallel port was. It shows at 378/ IRQ7. Then when I go into the IRQ resources it show IRQ7 as PCI device. Well the parallel port is actually part of the mother board and not a PCI device, so I changed the parameter to "Reserved". My question is. Did I do the right thing ? Or should IRQ7 actually be set to "PCI device"? BTW, Parallel port mode is ECP+EPP and ECP mode use DMA3. "I'm not sure what all that means, but I want it" ....Sylvester Stallone.
