Gene,
  Go to www.mpm1.com:8080/GandL/.
  Get the file GL.ini
  It has the configuration to use XYZ and W
  You can modify that to use XYZ and A|B|C
  Create three .ini files.
                           XYZA
                           XYZB
                           XYZC
  Choose the config file that matches how you install your rotary table.
