Installing the package
linux-ubuntu-modules-hardy-rtai
makes certain additional hardware work with our modified kernel.
If you have to download them manually, I believe these are the two files
you need to install:
http://linuxcnc.org/hardy/dists/hardy/base/binary-i386/linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.24-16-rtai_2.6.24-16.22.linuxcnc.2_i386.deb
http://linuxcnc.org/hardy/dists/hardy/base/binary-i386/linux-ubuntu-modules-hardy-rtai_2.6.24.16.18.linuxcnc.1_i386.deb
