If you're just using the onboard port you are correct - 0378 - I think 0278 is the other on board LPT bios option but either way the onboard you don't need to lspci because it's not connected to the PCI bus. Additional cards require the lspci command and then it's kinda confusing what address(es) to use. I got mine sorted out but it took several tries to get the complete port alive.
