I asked about code level because I think a rev. level number is used in Synergy to hold a license key, so rev. one is for your first key, rev. two for the second and so on. I think code level has been used to state the version as well as using the word version, so I think I'll give up while I am behind. > > I get odd behavior with animations (openGL?) and on rare occasion the > > Synergy window and the terminal that started it will disappear (wild > > guess at buffer overun?). Bob at Weber Systems indicated to me that they will release a Synergy for Ubuntu in a couple of weeks. I am a Linux only shop, so I _will_ be getting up to speed with Synergy. I am also getting a T1 in a few weeks, so I'll be able to host a forum and wiki. My Shizuoka is probably setup the same way but takes up more space. The ballscrews are kind of nice, but I have simple stepper drivers, not fancy micro-stepping controllers, no limit or home switches yet, or encoders. The only fancy thing is the tool changer which isn't hooked up yet, and EMC of course. -- Kirk Wallace (California, USA http://www.wallacecompany.com/machine_shop/ Hardinge HNC/EMC CNC lathe, Bridgeport mill conversion, doing XY now, Zubal lathe conversion pending Craftsman AA 109 restoration Shizuoka ST-N/EMC CNC) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
