Someone *could* incorporate the slide material into a video, but we need someone to take on the job.
I suspect it would be reasonable to: 1 -- Have a video camera pointed at the presenter and/or a marker board he might be using. 2 -- Produce DVDs/CDs containing the video and a separate file with any written material. 3 -- Ask the presenter to announce which slide he is discussing as he pages through them. That way, someone who wants to go through the presentation can print the prepared material and then watch the video.
