I am 78 years old this week and in the top 1% of all athletes worldwide of all ages for mileage run and in a set of a quarter million late seventy somethings I would be #1 for health and fitness. I want to share information that I have learned. For many decades now I have been doing the exact opposite of what doctors have told me (for instance I have a high tat diet)! I am posting these articles to Odysee as other platforms sooner or later may censor me as my experience is often at odds with mainstream medicine. At 78 I am living like a 25 year old.
