What I've seen is language like "2011/65/EU RoHS directive with amendment 2015/863/EU" or "2011/65/EU RoHS directive as amended by 2015/863/EU" The 2015 amendment adds four substances to the original six, so you should mention both it and the 2011 directive. Mike Sherman Sherman PSC LLC
