Hello Cecil,
Yes the product needs to be labelled in simplified Chinese, also the product 
manual.
The Chinese will be needed for any safety related verbiage such as volts, amps 
etc. and product ‘type’. (main function)
Symbols can be used as an alternate.
The English can be shown, as long as the Chinese is also present.
Foreign manufactures name can be in English.
