Colleagues, A while ago there was a discussion thread on this list regarding the differences between EMO and emergency stop. At the time I commented that I should write a post on the topic on my blog, and today I published that post. I know that Mike Sherman was part of the SEMI-S2 committee, so I’m counting on Mike to debunk any errors I made. I look forward to the discussion!
