Can anyone out there state whether such breakers respond only to mains frequency leakage currents, or whether they can respond to rf? Another way of asking this, are such devices qualified to EN 61000-4-3 and EN 61000-4-6? The breaker rating is 100 A load current, and will trip on 1 A of leakage current after 50 ms.
